How we started

2019

Our Co Founder Keethan purchased his first rental property with a desire for more.

2021

Keethan started working on multiple projects understanding the real estate landscape from building material, construction, and dealing with rental properties.

2023

Felt a gap in the flooring market, poor quality material, unguided service from vendors and fragmented marketplace.

2024

Our first containers landed on rich Canada soil, introducing our product line to landlords and builders with expertise, unbeatable prices and quality to be proud of.

2026

The start of our new warehouse in Windsor to support the growing demand in southern Ontario.

We schedule around your reality—delays happen, you don't need everything at once. We offer warehousing, split deliveries, project site delivery, and carry-in service so you don't have to pull your contractors away from the project.
